Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

A perfect fall treat!
2 1/4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs 
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

bake at 350 for 14-17 minutes
frost with either a chocolate or buttercream

vanilla buttercream
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
